Measuring digital opportunity Research

Our research has continually focused on the impact of the information revolution on America's children. With the many opportunities the digital age presents, we find ourselves asking: Can the Internet help our children succeed?

The following reports and supplementary materials provide our answer to that question. We focused on the areas of children's lives that matter most and are essential to providing them with opportunity: education, health, economic opportunity, and community and civic engagement. By providing this foundation to understand the benefits of technology tools and the extent to which they are being deployed for all children, our research can serve as a springboard for action and further investigation.
